SAPCC Overview

Jammu & Kashmir's State Action Plan on Climate Change (v1.0) provides the strategic framework for climate action across the union territory. Coordinated by Department of Environment & Climate Change, it aligns with 7 of the 9 NAPCC national missions, mobilising 8 departments and ₹5000 crore in budget allocation.
