SAPCC Overview
Arunachal Pradesh's State Action Plan on Climate Change (v2.0) provides the strategic framework for climate action across the state. Coordinated by Department of Environment & Climate Change, it aligns with 7 of the 9 NAPCC national missions, mobilising 8 departments and ₹3500 crore in budget allocation.
Submitted in 2022 and approved on Mar 2022, the plan is valid until 2027. The SAPCC addresses Arunachal Pradesh's specific climate vulnerabilities across 3 climate zones covering 83,743 km² with 26 districts.
