SAPCC Overview
Chandigarh's State Action Plan on Climate Change (--) provides the strategic framework for climate action across the union territory. Coordinated by Department of Environment & Climate Change, it aligns with 3 of the 9 NAPCC national missions, mobilising 3 departments and ₹500 crore in budget allocation.
