SAPCC Overview
Bihar's State Action Plan on Climate Change (v1.0) provides the strategic framework for climate action across the state. Coordinated by Department of Environment & Climate Change, it aligns with 7 of the 9 NAPCC national missions, mobilising 9 departments and ₹6500 crore in budget allocation.
